Duka "officializes" the Albanian at Milan: Important achievement

Armand Duka has "officialized" the appointment of Igli Tara as sporting director at Milan. The President of the Albanian Football Federation, through a post on his profile, congratulated Tara on this new adventure.

Duka calls it an important achievement, while saying that the Albanian will help the Rossoneri return to the levels they deserve.
