Discipline reveals the decisions/ "Crack" the penalties after the

Tirana and Partizani have been fined by the Disciplinary Commission in the FFF, for the wrong behavior of the fans in the derby. The two clubs have also been ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the "Air Albania" stadium.

Elbasani were also fined for the behavior of the fans towards Egnatia, as well as Flamurtari, for the behavior towards Apolonia in the First Category.

Dinamo has received a warning to repay their debts to their former coach, Nevil Dede, and they have a deadline of 30 days to do so.

DECISIONS OF THE DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE:

KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field, lighting flares and damaging the premises of the "Air Albania" stadium, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/c and 17/2/f of KDE is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL.

KF Tirana is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

FK Partizani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field, lighting flares and damaging the premises of the "Air Albania" stadium, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/c and 17/2/f of KDE is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

FK Partizani is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the field of play and lighting pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek.

The flag bearer FC, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by using insulting chants towards the officials of the match, based on article 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.

The official of FK Apolonia, Artan Mergjyshi, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

KF Burreli, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity causing delays during the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. Pursuant to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

KF Lushnja, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. Pursuant to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

The player of KF Valbona, Elvis Kovaci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.

Zyrtari i FK Kukësi, Qemal Koçi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

KF Valbona, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 76/1/a të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 50%.

Lojtari i Luzi i Vogël 2008, Jurgen Rushi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i Luzi i Vogël 2008, Redon Laho, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

KF Iliria, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

Lojtari i KF Vllaznia U-18, Valter Ledinaj, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i FK Apolonia U-18, Valon Misliu, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

KF Pogradeci U-19, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kombëtarë të Kategorisë së Parë U-19, kundër KF Erzeni U-19, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

FC U-13 captain, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the National Championship of the First Category U-13, against KF Vora U-13, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Accepting the request of the petitioner Nevil Dede. Football Club Dinamo City sh.a, for failure to execute decision no. 17, dated 19.07.2024 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on Article 29/1/b of the KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.
