Discipline does not forgive, punishments are revealed

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association has revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in Albanian football.

Egnatia has been fined for the fans' inappropriate behavior. Flamurtari has also been fined for the same reason.

There is also no shortage of suspensions for club officials.

DECISIONS:

1. KF Egnatia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lekë.
2. KF Egnatia official, Klejdi Zenelaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
3. KF Vllaznia, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of the repetition of training sessions in the premises of the Loro Boriçi Stadium, where official matches are held, in violation of Article 38/2 of the Activity Regulation, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the FSHF Regulations.
4. Flamurtari FC, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and igniting pyrotechnic devices, based on Articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
5. The official of Flamurtari FC, Alfred Ferko, for repeated unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on articles 14/1/j and 33 of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) match suspension from activities.
6. KS Kastrioti, for failure to comply with the obligations and regulations of the activity by causing delays during the development of the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at a rate of 50%.
7. FK Pogradeci, for incorrect behavior of the spectators, by throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
8. KF Iliria, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, lighting pyrotechnics and insulting match officials, based on Articles 17/1, 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) lekë. According to Article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
9. The official of KF Iliria, Redon Cani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
10. The official of KF Iliria, Petrit Selmani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
11. The player of KF Iliria, Andrea Pjetri, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) match suspension from activities.
12. KF Naftëtari, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repeated delays in the timely implementation of duties according to the Activity Regulation, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
13. FK Osumi official, Polizoi Arbri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
14. KF Shiroka official, Ergi Axhami, for threatening match officials, based on Article 14/1/k of the KDE, is punished with 10 (ten) match suspension from activities.
15. The official of KF Shiroka, Bujar Celufaj, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
16. The player of KF Shiroka, Klaudio Kodra, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) match suspension from activities.
17. FK Erzeni U-17, for activating a player who was not entitled to play in the valid match of the First Category U-17 Championship against Labëria SK U-17, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
18. FC Besa U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-16 Championship, against FK Partizani U-16, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
19. FK Apolonia U-16, for failing to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities by causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-16 Championship, against FC Dinamo City U-16, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
20. The player of AF Elbasani U-18, Ardian Nonaj, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) match suspension from activities.
21. The player of Shkëndija Tirana U-19, Fabio Kalaja, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) match suspension from activities.
22. KF Laçi U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-16, against KF Apollo U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
23. Rejection of the request of the FK Tomori player, Sali Kumani, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
24. Rejection of the request of the CCBS player, Ermal Bala, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
25. Rejection of the request of the FK Pogradeci player, Silvio Vokrri, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
26. Rejection of the request of the Flamurtari FC U-19 player, Geraldo Kapaj, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
27. Rejection of the request of the Flamurtari FC U-17 player, Dejvis Begaj, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
