The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in Albanian football.

Tirana and Elbasan have been fined due to improper behavior by fans in their match.

Pogradec has also been punished in the First Category for the same reason. In the other categories, there is no shortage of suspensions, while AF Elbasani Femra U-17 has lost the match on the table, after abandoning it against Kinostudio.

DECISIONS

AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices and using offensive chants against the opposing team, based on articles 17/1/b, 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek.

KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and using offensive chants towards the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

FK Pogradeci, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

KS Butrinti, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and not guaranteeing the safety of match officials and players, based on articles 13/2/b 17/1/c and 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.

KS Butrinti player Florian Selmani, for attacking an official of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i, is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from activities.

KS Butrinti player, Indrit Sejko, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.

The player of KF Turbina, Redin Malaj, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match official based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities. In application of article 34/1 and 34/3 of the KDE, a partial suspension of the implementation of the punishment is decided after the payment of half of it. The period of conditional suspension will be 6 (six) months.

KF Turbina player, Markovanbasten Cema, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.

KF Turbina player, Orsi Ageja, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.

KF Shkumbini, për mos respektimin e detyrimeve dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke shkaktuar vonesa gjatë zhvillimit të ndeshjes, në bazë të neneve 8/1 dhe 17/1/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/a të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 50%.

Zyrtari i KF Maliqi, Ervis Avdolli, për protestë ndaj vendimeve të zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

KF Oriku, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

Lojtari i KF Delvina, Donald Mehmeti, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarit të ndeshjes në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Olimpic Shkodra, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Tretë, kundër UET, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

AFF Elbasani Femra U-17, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Abissnet Superiore Femra U-17, kundër FC Kinostudio Femra U-17, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/d të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 5%.

Pranimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të Rinia EL 2018, Jerli Hatellari, pezullimin e pjesës së mbetur të dënimit. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 34/1 të KDE, do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.
