The Commission of Discipline and Ethics at the Albanian Football Federation has recently published the decisions taken in the last week of the Albanian championships.

The tensions caused in the challenge with Devolli have cost Tomori a lot.

The Disciplinary Commission has suspended the coach of the Berata team for five games and his assistant for 13 games. Meanwhile, Devolli, on the other hand, received only one fine.

Even Burreli, Veleçik and Butrint have not escaped disciplinary punishments.

Decisions of the Discipline and Ethics Committee:

"KF Burreli, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.

The official of KF Burreli, Arjan Lleshaj, for unholy behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

KSSH Veleciku player, Armeis Kukaj, for unholy behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

KSSH Veleciku player, Elidon Ivziku, for violent behavior and provocation of spectators, based on articles 14/1/f and 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.

KF Butrinti, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.

The official of KF Butrinti, Mariglen Nela, for unholy behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.

KF Butrinti player, Idakëo Eche Dickson Amos, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

KS Devolli, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the field of play and resulting in the temporary interruption of the game, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.

The official of KF Tomorri, Madrit Mujhaj, for violent behavior and threats to the match officials, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/k of KDE, is punished with 13 (thirteen) matches suspension from activities.

The official of KF Tomorri, Iken Dobroniku, for unholy behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 5 (five) match suspension from activities.

Lojtari i KF Tomorri, Xhoel Vrapi, për sjellje ofenduese dhe provokim të spektatorëve me xheste dhe veprime josportive, në bazë të neneve 13/2/1 dhe 14/1/f të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Zyrtari i KF Oriku, Sherif Idrizaj, për provokim të spektatorëve, në bazë të nenit 14/1/f të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Zyrtari i FC Albanet, Xhek Alushi, për moszbatimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Disiplinës dhe Etikës Nr. 43 datë 03.05.2024 pika 19, në bazë të nenit 29 të KDE, dënohet me 12 (dymbëdhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga të gjitha veprimtaritë e organizuara nga FSHF.

Zyrtari i KF Lushnja U-19, Elidon Koreshi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i AF Triumph U-17, Arbi Dyla, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i KF Tirana U-16, Angelos Likometi, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i FK Apolonia U-15, Serxho Velkaj, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i KF Lushnja U-15, Herbans Shkëmbi, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

AF Loris U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë zona Rajonale Gjirokastër, kunder AF Luftëtari A U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

KS Ali Demi U-13, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se në rast të mos marrjes së masave për respektimin e rregullores së SHRFT, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.

AF Triumph U-11, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se në rast të mos marrjes së masave për respektimin e rregullores së SHRFT, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.

Pranimin e kërkesës së lojtarit Rigers Mersini, bazuar në Nenin 67 dhe 74 të KDE, rishikimin e vendimit Nr.13 datë 01.11.2024 të KDE, për pikën 9, duke vendosur dënimin e lojtarit me 13 (trembëdhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti Sunday League dhe 5×5, në bazë të neneve 13 dhe 14/1/h të KDE.
