The Albanian National Football Team will come down to "Air Albania" this Tuesday to play the last match of the League stage, in the League of Nations.

While we are on the verge of the meeting with Ukraine, which starts at 20:45 on Tuesday, the State Police announces the measures that will be taken and the roads that will be blocked, to guarantee public safety. The police announce that they will have detailed fan checks for prohibited items.

"Performing detailed checks in the stadium and inside the stadium, for unauthorized citizens, prohibited items and substances, before the fans enter", - it is emphasized first.

Furthermore, it is added that for the success of this activity, there will be blockage of some roads starting from 15:00 on Tuesday.

"For the smooth running of this activity, as well as to facilitate the circulation of vehicles in the city of Tirana, during November 19, 2024, from 15:00, until the end of the match, vehicle circulation restrictions will be applied on some road axes in near the stadium" - added in the announcement.

Albania-Ukraine will be played this Tuesday starting at 20:45 at the "Air Albania" stadium, with the "reds" who after this challenge will learn their final verdict after the League stage in the League of Nations.

Police Notification:

The State Police has drawn up special and detailed plans of measures, with the aim of guaranteeing order and public safety, before, during and after the match of the National Team, in the "Air Albania" stadium, Tirana, specifically between the teams Albania and Ukraine, on date 19.11.2024.

Relying on the positive experience for planning, organizing and managing the public order and security situation during activities of international proportions, the measures taken by the State Police for the smooth running of the Albania-Ukraine football match consist of:

-Escorting and securing the football players of the Ukrainian team, from Rinas airport, to the hotel, to the stadium and back to Rinas;

-Escorting and securing the football players of the Albanian team at the stadium;

- Carrying out detailed checks on the stadium grounds and inside the stadium, for unauthorized citizens, prohibited items and items, before the fans enter;

- Organization of services to guarantee public order before, during and after the end of the football match, not only near the stadium, but also the control of the territory in the whole city of Tirana;

- Ensuring emergency service routes;

- Road traffic management in the city of Tirana, before, during and after the football match.

Për të garantuar sigurinë para, gjatë dhe pas zhvillimit të kësaj ndeshjeje ndërkombëtare, është bashkëpunuar me të gjitha institucionet që kanë rol në mbarëvajtjen e këtij aktiviteti:

-Federatën Shqiptare të Futbollit dhe UEFA-n;

-Gardën e Republikës;

-Policinë Bashkiake;

-Shërbimin Zjarrfikës;

-Shoqëritë private të sigurisë (stjuartët dhe personeli i sigurisë);

-Spitalet, qendrat shëndetësore dhe ato të ndihmës së parë.

Gjithashtu, janë vendosur kontakte dhe po bashkëpunohet dhe me personelin e shërbimit të sigurisë të ekipit të futbollit të Ukrainës, në funksion të rritjes së standardeve të sigurisë para, gjatë dhe pas zhvillimit të kësaj ndeshjeje ndërkombëtare.

Për mbarëvajtjen e këtij aktiviteti, si dhe për të lehtësuar qarkullimin e automjeteve në qytetin e Tiranës, gjatë datës 19 nëntor 2024, nga ora 15:00, deri në përfundim të ndeshjes, nga Policia e Shtetit, në bashkëpunim me bashkinë e Tiranës, do të aplikohen kufizime të qarkullimit të mjeteve në disa akse rrugore në afërsi të stadiumit.

 

Rrugët që do të jenë të bllokuara:

* Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, 20 m mbi urën e Dajtit;

* Rruga “Papa Gjon Pali II”;

* Rruga “Dervish Hima”, pranë Ambasadës së SHBA-së;

* Rruga “Asim Zeneli”, pranë Ambasadës së SHBA-së;

* Rruga “Themistokli Gërmenji”;

* Rruga “Ismail Qemali”, kryqëzimi i Liceut;

* Rruga “Mustafa Matohiti”, pranë shkollës “Kosova”;

* Rruga “Jul Variboba”, pranë postës;

* Rruga “ Lekë Dukagjini”, pranë ish-Gardës së Republikës;

* Rruga “Avdyl Frashëri”, pranë kryqëzimit të Librit Universitar.

 

Në zbatim të planit të masave, punonjësit e Policisë së Shtetit do të ushtrojnë kontroll të imtësishëm ndaj tifozëve, para futjes në stadium, me qëllim parandalimin e futjes në stadium, të banderolave me përmbajtje raciste, të fishekzjarrëve, flakadanëve, lëndëve piroteknike, monedhave metalike, çadrave, çakmakëve, karikuesve të celularëve, mjeteve/produkteve për përdorim kozmetik dhe sendeve të tjera të forta, të rrezikshme për jetën dhe shëndetin e pjesëmarrësve.

Me këtë rast, informojmë shtetasit shqiptarë dhe të huaj, se në bazë të Kodit Penal të Republikës së Shqipërisë, veprimet e dhunshme në aktivitetet sportive, si hyrja në fushën e lojës gjatë kohës së zhvillimit të aktivitetit sportiv nga persona të paautorizuar, përbën kundërvajtje penale dhe dënohet me gjobë nga 50 000 deri në 100 000 lekë. Kur nga kjo vepër, ka ardhur pengimi i zhvillimit normal të aktivitetit sportiv, dënohet me gjobë ose me burgim deri në tre muaj.

Hedhja e sendeve të forta në fushën e lojës ose mbi njerëzit, mbajtja apo përdorimi i lëndëve piroteknike, fishekzjarrëve, flakadanëve, gjatë zhvillimit të një aktiviteti sportiv, dënohen me burgim nga gjashtë muaj deri në tre vjet.

Also, we appeal to fans and citizens to be vigilant in order not to fall prey to fraud with ticket prices, which are officially made public, as well as not to publish purchased tickets on social networks, as they can be duplicated in violation of the law. Each ticket is equipped with a barcode, it is personal and must be kept only by the citizen who owns it, who, in turn, will pass alone, to check the barcode from the device that automatically records every attempt to enter with a ticket forged or duplicated.

We inform you that the duplication/multiplication of the ticket is considered forgery and fraud, which are punishable by the Criminal Code of Albania.

If you find yourself in such illegal situations, report it immediately to the number 112.

For the smooth running of this sports activity, the State Police has engaged hundreds of police officers, who will guarantee order and public safety, as well as provide help and information, in case of need, so that this activity can be completed without incident. , in the interest of the country's image ./CNA
