Discipline with an "iron fist", two clubs' transfer market

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) has been harsh with two clubs. Tirana and Skënderbeu have had their transfer market blocked for three seasons after they failed to pay their arrears.

Dinamo has also been ordered to pay off Dritan Mehmeti and Corrado Saccone within one month.

DECISIONS:

KF Tirana, for failure to execute decision no. 18, dated 25.07.2024 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/c of the KDE, is banned from registering new players for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

KF Tirana, for failure to execute decision no. 5, dated 15.08.2024 of the Special Training Compensation Commission, based on article 29/1/c of the KDE, is prohibited from registering new players for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

KF Tirana, for failure to execute decision no. 9, dated 02.09.2024 of the Special Training Compensation Commission, based on article 29/1/c of the KDE, is prohibited from registering new players for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute decision no. 1, dated 13.01.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/c of the KDE, is banned from registering new players for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute decision no. 4, dated 30.05.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/c of the KDE, is banned from registering new players for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute decision no. 6, dated 07.07.2023 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/c of the KDE, is banned from registering new players for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

Acceptance of the request of the applicant Dritan Mehmeti. FC Dinamo City sh.a, for failure to execute decision no. 23, dated 29.10.2024 of the Special Training Compensation Commission, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, is given a notice period of 30 (thirty) days to execute the decision.

Acceptance of the request of the applicant Corrado Saccone. FC Dinamo City sh.a, for failure to execute decision no. 31, dated 12.12.2024 of the Special Training Compensation Commission, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, is given a notice period of 30 (thirty) days to execute the decision.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
