Angel Di Maria was close to returning to the Argentine championship, where he would end his career as a footballer.

The girls were counting down the days until they came to live with their grandparents. It was my dream, my family's dream.

I had discussed everything with Gonzalo Beloso to return. The threats crossed the line.
