Failed at Real, Hazard towards the drastic decision

Eden Hazard is considering retirement from football. According to Got Football New France, the Belgian striker is seriously considering hanging up his boots after a disappointing spell at Real Madrid.

The 32-year-old has been left without a team since the end of the contract with "Los Blancos", however his name was mentioned to the Canadian team Vancouver Whitecaps. But there is already a new news about the situation of the Belgian, that of withdrawing from football.

It is not yet known the reasons that have prompted the 32-year-old to say goodbye to football, but most likely the failure at Real and the numerous injuries have been a big blow to Hazard's career, making him think about retirement.

Last December, the attacker also announced his withdrawal from the Belgian national team, ending a 14-year career with 122 games and 33 goals scored.

Eden Hazard joined Real Madrid in 2019 when he was transferred from Chelsea for a figure of 115 million euros.

During four seasons at "Santiago Bernabeu", the Belgian played in 54 games, scoring only four goals. The best years of his career were spent at Chelsea, where he played for seven seasons, scoring 85 goals with the "blue" of London.
