Penalties for four clubs in the Superiore, Disciplinary reveals the decisions

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in the fourth week.

Multiple fines for four clubs in the Superiore, for improper behavior of fans. Pogradec has also been fined for the same reason.

DISCIPLINARY DECISIONS

AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

KF Teuta, for improper behavior of spectators by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, throwing objects on the playing field, causing temporary interruption of the game, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/c and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, as well as throwing objects on the playing field, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.

KF Tirana, for the misconduct of spectators by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, causing a temporary interruption of the game, based on articles 17/2/c, 17/2/f and 17/2/h of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

KF Tirana is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the "Arena Egnatia" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

KF Pogradeci, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, endangering the safety of opposing players and match officials, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek. In accordance with article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

Besa FC official, Shpëtim Duro, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of a repeat violation of Article 77 of the Activity Regulation, by refusing to appear for an interview after the match, he will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.

KS Korabi, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of a repetition of the incorrect behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.

FC Dinamo City U-19 official, Artan Sakaj, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of ??the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
