Dani Alves pritet të dënohet me rreth 12 vite burg

Në rast se shpallet fajtor për akuzën e përdhunimit, Dani Alves do të dënohet me 12 vite burg. Ai akuzohet nga një vajzë 23-vjeçare për sulm seksual në një klub nate në Barcelonë më 30 dhjetor të vitit të shkuar.

Mbrojtësi i djathtë është i izoluar në paraburgim prej më shumë se tri ditësh, pasi gjykata urdhëroi ndalimin e tij në mënyrë të menjëhershme. 39-vjeçari ka mohuar akuzat për përdhunim, megjithëse kamerat e sigurisë japin indicie të qarta se kjo ngjarje ka ndodhur.

Nga analizimi i kamerave të sigurisë vërehet se Alves ka qëndruar për rreth 15 minuta me të renë në tualet. Alves është shprehur se nuk e njeh vajzën që e akuzon, teksa më pas ka pohuar se e ka parë, por asgjë nuk ka ndodhur mes tyre.

Më pas ai ka ndryshuar sërish dëshminë duke thënë se 23-vjeçarja ka pranuar të shkojë me të. Nga ana tjetër, vajza ka hequr dorë nga shpërblimi financiar dhe kërkon dënim maksimal për Alves, teksa shanset më të mëdha janë që ai të marrë një dënim shembullor.
