OFFICIAL/ Tirana "empties" in the midfield, the well-known player leaves

Vesel Limaj has officially left Tirana. It was rumored for days that the agreement between him and President Refik Halili on the termination of cooperation was reached, but it became official only today. Through a post on the official channel, the Albanian champions thank the fantasist for his contribution. After Kallak, Limaj is the second to leave the midfield department.

The 26-year-old was transferred to Tirana in the summer market of 2021 from Kukësi. He was expected to shine, but physical problems caused his performance to have many ups and downs. In this season, there were no spaces for him in the starting line-up. And already in this winter market he has closed the cooperation with Tirana.

With the blue and white, he has been active in 49 matches, 40 of which he started from the first minute. In total, for 1 and a half seasons, he managed to score 6 goals for the champions. It is awaited with interest to learn what his future will be. He will probably continue the adventure outside of Albania.
