Bekim Balaj holds training session and open meeting with young footballers

As part of the development activities of the "Elite Youth Development Academy", the Albanian Football Federation organized an open meeting with the academy's young footballers, where the special guest was Bekim Balaj, former striker of the Albanian National Team and current player of Vllaznia.

The activity focused on motivating young talents through concrete and successful examples. During the conversation with the young people, Balaj shared his experience as a professional footballer, from his beginnings in Shkodra to his appearances with the red and black jersey, including the historic participation in “Euro France 2016”.

He emphasized the importance of daily work, dedication, and patience, giving young people some practical advice for the path ahead.

After the discussion, the academy players had the opportunity to take to the field for a different training session. Bekim Balaj, together with the coach of the U-14 National Team, Francesco Vitobello, conducted a joint session, bringing a special experience to the youngsters.
