Allegri gives bad news for Leao, the striker's absence is extended

Rafael Leao will be absent again for Milan, postponing his debut in this season's Serie A. The Portuguese striker suffered a muscle injury in the Cup match against Bari and has not yet managed to recover.

He has missed the two matches against Cremonese and Lecce and will not be available for the challenge against Bologna this weekend, as well as against Udinese next week.

 The news was confirmed by coach Massimiliano Allegri, who explained that it is an injury to the soleus muscle, a delicate and risky area. According to him, Leao is expected to return for the important match against Napoli.

Meanwhile, Estupinan and Pulisic are fit to play, without any physical problems. Milan will face Bologna on Sunday, September 14, at 8:45 p.m.
