Abakarov nderon përsëri Shqipërinë, shpallet nënkampion Europe

Zelimkhan Abakarov ka siguruar një tjetër rezultat të shkëlqyer në arenën ndërkombëtare me flamurin e Shqipërisë. Mundësi 29-vjeçar, ka siguruar medaljen e argjendtë në Kampionatin Europian i cili po zhvillohet në Zagreb në peshën deri në 61 kilogramë.

Abakarov kishte shkëlqyer në kualifikuese duke kaluar më radhë gjermanin Niklas Steshele, ukrainasin Taras Markoviç dhe gjeorgjianin Shota Phartenadze duke siguruar një vend në finalen e kësaj peshe ndaj armenin Arsen Harutjunjan.

Për fat të keq, ai nuk ia ka dalë sot të triumfojë në finale dhe u desh të kënaqej me një medalje të argjendtë, që gjithsesi është një arritje e shkëlqyer për mundjen shqiptare, pas titullit Kampion Bote që siguroi në vitin e kaluar.
