Career expert, Erjon Muça stated that the job market in Albania needs young people who have intelligence and flexibility to learn quickly.

In an interview for "Euronews Albania", Muça said that there is currently a need for specialists in the field of programming, IT and mechatronics.

"Today, there is a very high need for research on the market where it seeks the needs. There is a need for advanced specialists in the field of programming and IT, there is a need for specialists in the field of mechatronics or advanced electronics.

Already, some companies are automating and robotizing work processes, for which specialists are required. There is a need for individuals or young people who are multifunctional, who have the intelligence and flexibility to grasp things quickly", he emphasized.

According to him, in order to have a trade, it is not enough to do a professional course, mainly because of the short time within which the course takes place and the practice, which does not always match the work processes in different companies.
