All of us who are overweight sometimes say aloud, sometimes silently:

- I want to eat what I want, whenever I want!

- I eat it, I like it...

Nobody likes limitations.

That sounds like freedom to us, doesn't it?  

The truth is that eating and exercising create freedom.

There are certain principles that you cannot shortchange or ignore if you want to achieve true, long-term health.

One of those principles is gut health - your gut health is incredibly important!

Many friends confirm weight regain after extreme dieting, complain of low energy, chronic inflammation, which are actually the same problems related to your gut health.

You can ignore gut health as long as there are no consequences... but is that the right way?!

For example, you know that a certain food makes you feel bad, yet you keep eating it... a habit that will eventually cause problems!

One of my cousins ??always has a problem with chips, but still chips are his favorite dish! 

So he continued to eat them until he finally realized that they were part of the problem that was keeping him from losing weight.

He gave up chips for almost 2 weeks and is now 3kg less.

For him, eliminating chips from his diet does not bring him freedom, but well-being because now he is on his way to his goal weight.

Lifestyle, nutrition and freedom go hand in hand.
