The city of Puka officially opened the tourist season and at the same time celebrated the day of Puka culture that is celebrated every June 9. This day with various activities in Puka revealed the artistic and cultural values ??of the heritage of this city. What the Municipality of Puka aims for is year-round tourism.

"This is a special day for our city. Puka has the potential for year-round tourism and we hope to promote this as much as possible, but we need the help of all institutions. We are doing everything possible to promote these resources and to put into practice what nature itself has bestowed on Puka and to revitalize life in our city. It was a special innovation to open this tourist season with all the details prepared and I am convinced that even with the network of guesthouses, but also with what Puka itself offers as a Zip-Line with a length of 1.2 km among the largest in the Balkans, it gives added value to Puka. I take this opportunity to invite every young person or anyone else to invest in Puka because we as a municipality will fully support it", said Ferid Ringaj, Deputy Mayor of Puka Municipality.

The Director of Tourism in the Municipality of Puka, Dhurata Risto, said that the law on the Mountain Package is a good opportunity to invest in that place.

"I thank you and all the other actors who participate in these important activities for us, to tell you that we as a municipality are here making all our possibilities available because we want to offer our ideas and for others to come and support us. The Law on the Mountains Package is important and a good idea for young people who have emigrated, but also for other businessmen to come and invest because Puka is beautiful as it is", said Risto.
