The Chairman of the OSCE Presence in Albania, Michel Tarran, has emphasized that the measures recommended by the ODIHR should be taken into consideration and that the communication between the law enforcement agencies and the CEC and other institutions should be improved as faster action should be taken against reported incidents. during the elections.

"I appeal to the political actors for comprehensive and timely reform to allow the electoral administrative bodies to implement the elections successfully. Measures recommended by ODIHR and to be considered include: law enforcement should prioritize the administrative investigation of elections. Political rhetoric deprives us of the ability and opportunity to clearly judge these issues and if we do not do this we will fail. Let's leave political rhetoric about election issues out of any kind of costume. We are trying to build mechanisms to raise the awareness of not only voters, but also political parties and other institutions on these issues.
