Ylli Manjani: No law justifies the "house arrest" measure against Sali Berisha

Invited to the show "Krasta Show" by Andi Krasta, the former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani said that no law justifies the security measure "House arrest" against the chief democrat Sali Berisha.

According to him, the isolation of Sal Berisha is detrimental to the political balance in the country and that a normal Court would have overturned the "House Arrest" measure.

"No law justifies the security measure against Berisha, it is unacceptable. How can we call it corruption? Why should he continue to be isolated, this is a detriment to the democrats who are an institution, it is not only about Sali Berisha as an individual. It harms pluralism in the country and political balances. A normal Court in another country would overthrow that fool, the measure against Berisha is not normal," said Manjani/CNA
