The vice president of the Municipal Council of Tirana, Dorian Teliti, asked for a technical government in the night protest in support of the former prime minister Sali Berisha.

Teliti said that the technical government is a non-negotiable condition of the opposition.

He declared that the majority must approve the demands of the opposition, otherwise the protests will not stop.

Citizens should decide without fear who will govern them in 2025. Rama's model is unemployment, emigration, depopulation of the country, bankruptcy of business with higher taxes in the region, abandonment of education, farmers, a failed model, anti-Albanian that we should expel an hour ago. The other model is Berisha's, which takes the country forward in Europe, which opened borders and free movement.

They want to lock us inside this prison of rebirth. We are for Berisha's model, which returned the country with the highest salaries in the region, the model that returned investors, opened jobs and the model that did not betray the Albanians. Rama is building the Albania of oligarchs and thieves. We will not withdraw until our requests are approved. Technical government is a non-negotiable condition.
