The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha today, during a statement to the media, has again focused on the murder of Pjerin Xhuvan, in Elbasan, on the eve of the elections of June 25, 2021.

Berisha emphasized that Arbër Paplekaj shot in self-defense, while according to him, the real people responsible for this tragedy are Taulant Balla, Gazment Bardhi, Edi Rama and Ardi Veliu.

"It turned out that on the other side of the road, opposite him, almost face to face, there were two barrels of revolvers that were shooting, which explains why Arbër Paplekaj shot. He shot in self-defense.

I express the deepest regret for the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani.

In fact, Pjerin Xhuvani was killed for the second time by Taulant Balla, Gazment Bardhi, Edi Rama and Ardi Veliu, because they wanted to close the "Paplekaj-Xhuvani" case.

But, it was not just a matter of "Paplekaj-Xhuvani". There we could have had 4 dead and the criminal way, which was handled by Ardi Veliu, the shameful way of deserters and two deputy police directors, allowed such a drama to unfold, while there were 10 policemen.
