Apparently, the goal is clear.

The prime minister is known to have a very cold relationship with the mayor of Tirana for a long time. Apparently, the seal has already been set with his departure from the campaign, as Edi Rama reads the polls and is convinced that Veliaj is already the most hated man in Albanian politics.
