The political leader of Tirana in PD, Belind Këlliçi, reacted to the media regarding the SPAK's decision to indict former Prime Minister Sali Berisha for the "Partizani" file.

Kelliçi said that this decision is shameful and inexcusable for justice.

He stated that the author of the 500-page book, which SPAK handed over to Berisha, is Prime Minister Edi Rama.
