The Democratic Party has expressed skepticism about the process of electing the new head of SPAK, where Altin Dumani replaced Arben Kraja, after the end of the latter's mandate.

Through a statement to the media, the Democratic Party has raised claims that the election process was tainted from its start and, according to them, is unreliable.

DP emphasizes that the clash over the leader of SPAK between Ambassador Yuri Kim and Prime Minister Edi Rama shows that justice has been done and that SPAK is a section of SP.

Procesi i zgjedhjes së drejtuesit të ri të SPAK u njollos që në nisje të saj dhe si i tillë është i pabesueshëm.

Përplasja për drejtuesin e SPAK mes Yuri Kim dhe Edi Ramës nuk është shenjë se drejtësia është e pavarur, por se ajo është kapur.

SPAK ka patur mjaftueshëm kohë për t’i dhënë prova publikut të kundërtën duke konsumuar mandatin e një drejtuesi.

Prej krijimit të saj SPAK ka patur në dorë dhjetëra skandale, të cilat ose janë hetuar nga bishti ose nuk janë prekur fare.

Një ‘pallat drejtësie’ në korridoret e të cilit shkon për të bërë ekskursione dhe për të dhënë direktiva kryeministri dhe një ambasadore që bën rolin e guvernatores, nuk është as i pavarur, as i lirë dhe as i ndarë nga pushteti ekzekutiv, siç e kërkon një demokraci normale dhe funksionale.

Me këto fakte të pakundërshtueshme, SPAK është thjeshtë një seksion i Partisë Socialiste.

We recall that SPAK started its work 2 years ago by declaring incompetence for the infamous vote-buying files by governors related to the crime 184 and 339, which it then forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office of Dibra.

SPAK did not investigate the election crime, which in the last 9 years has defined the structure of the state.

With this act, SPAK proved that it is only a discreet tail of the government.
