This Thursday's plenary session started with debates.

Flamur Noka of the Democratic Party accused Speaker Elisa Spiropali of starting the session without the proper quorum.

He also mentioned the clash in the early hours of the morning between the opposition MPs and former minister Ilir Beqaj.

Noka called Beqaj a "thief two meters tall", while Spiropali pointed out his use of vocabulary.
