The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has held a conference with the leaders of the Democratic Party in the districts. During his speech, Berisha emphasized that the citizen is the first in the DP program.

Berisha said that today the trumpets of hunger and poverty are felt in the four corners of the country and this is more urgent than anything else.

"First, we must remind the citizens that for us, in our attitude, the citizen has been and remains the first. In this motto, we managed to double salaries and pensions with a budget twice as small as today's, but this is a gone.
