Rrëmuja në Kuvend/ Berisha përjashton mundësinë e bojkotit, thirrja për Ramën

Ish-kryeministri Sali Berisha pas mbylles së seancës plenare, e cila zgjati vetëm 17 minuta, jashtë Kuvendit ka hedhur sërish akuza në drejtim të kryeministrit Edi Rama. 

Berisha përjashtoi mundësinë e bojkotit në parlamentit dhe tha se është e turpshme që mbledhjet e Komisioneve Parlamentar të zhvillohen online. 

Ai theksoi se nuk ka kthim prapa në aksionin e opozitës, derisa maxhoranca të respektojë të drejtat kushtetuese. 

"Lëvizja jonë beteja jonë e kanë bërë atë njeri të pa shpresë. Kur shkelet Kushtetuta, parlamenti nuk funksionon. Vijon kolapsi dhe asgjësimi i parlamentarizmit. Kjo tregon se parlamenti po vijon si në diktaturë. Nuk mund të pranojë Rama dhe Linda Rama, hetimin e Reas, që po u pi gjakun shqiptarëve me tenderat që fiton. Po bëjmë nje betejë për çdo qytetar. Këto nuk janë seanca normale. Nuk ka bojkot të parlamentit derisa te kurjohen komisoknet parlamnetare derisa Edi Rama të paraqitet në seancë. Mbledhjet bëhen online në raste të jashtëzakonshme", u shpreh Berisha.

Seanca plenare u mbyll pak minuta më parë  nga kryetarja e Kuvendit, Lindita Nikolla, pasi opozita hodhi tymuese në sallë.  Ajo zgjati vetëm 17 minuta.

Mes rrëmujës në seancën e sotme u miratua vetëm projektligji "Për ratifikimin e marrëveshjes se huas, ndërmjet Republikës seShqipërisë dhe Bankës Ndërkombëtare për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim, për financimin e projektit "Aftësia ripërtëritëse e pare dhe zhvillimi i gjelbër- hua për politikat e zhvillimit"".
