Prime Minister Edi Rama said today that the AKSHI issue showed that the state cannot psychologically suffocate engineers who have done a great job within the institution.

According to the Prime Minister, investigations should be conducted against individuals as innocent people until the facts are confirmed, without 'massacred' them as he said in the case of Majlinda Karçanaj.
