A few days after Benet Beci's victory in the Shkodra municipality, Prime Minister Edi Rama held a thanksgiving ceremony in this city.

A reaction to this tour starting from Rama to Shkodër, to continue in other cities, came from the candidate of "Bashke Fitomje", Bardh Spahia.

Through a status on social networks, Spahia describes the tour as the next show in the crime scene.

"After the May 14 election massacre, Edi Rama returned to the scene of the crime. He did it by starting from a place he would never have to enter without first apologizing. The Place of Testimony and Memory cannot be a space where the prime minister can present the next show in the eyes of Shkodran and Albanians, as he does not understand the heavy weight of that place and that building. For many families within that space, the suffering and inhuman torture that their relatives, sons and daughters of Shkodra, went through is witnessed. A prime minister who comes from a communist nomenclature family has no way of knowing. He makes Shkodra prove to Shkodra at any time and in any form the pathological hatred he has for him, since he is not satisfied with the violence he seeks to do to the citizens of Shkodra.

With the same schemes as his predecessors, Edi Rama on May 14 poured crime, dirty money, patronage administration, political police and any other instrument to subjugate Shkodra, alienating the free will of its citizens. Today, with his appearance on the streets of Shkodra, through the same forms of pressure and violence, he certifies the electoral crime he produced only 5 days ago.
