The majority "retaliates" against the PD/ Rejects 6 draft laws

The majority voted the bills without being influenced by the chaos that was created in the Assembly by the opposition, which, as it had warned, did not allow a normal plenary session to take place.

Socialist MPs rejected 6 draft laws proposed by the opposition for taxes, concessions, public procurement and for changes to the Criminal Code.

They received 75 against from the majority, while the only bill that was approved was the ratification of the loan agreement for the financing of the project "Renewable capacity first and green development".

The approved bill was proposed by the majority.

The draft laws proposed by the opposition that were defeated by the votes of the SP:

1- Draft law "On an amendment to law no. 9975, dated 28.7.2002, "On national taxes", as amended".

2- Draft law "On some additions to law no. 125/2013 "On concessions and public private partnership", amended".

3- Draft law "On some additions and changes to law no. 162/2020 "On Public Procurement"".

4- Draft law "On an amendment to law no. 7895, dated 27.01.1995, Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania, as amended".

5- Draft law "On an amendment and addition to law no. 7895, dated 27.1.1995 "Penal Code of the Republic of Albania", as amended".

6- Draft law "On some additions to law no. 7895, dated 27.1.1995 "Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania", amended"./ CNA
