"I'm not drunk"/ Edi Paloka reacts

Edi Paloka reacted to the Socialist Party's request to take disciplinary action against him, claiming that he and Bujar Leskajn were drunk.

He stated that he was not drunk, but revolted.

Since he was not present at yesterday's parliamentary session, Paloka said that he had an obligation to remind Edi Rama "who he is", and that he could not allow the prime minister to insult his democratic colleagues in that way yesterday.

 "We were absolutely not drunk. But we were revolted absolutely yes. I was not at the session on Wednesday, when Edi Rama used a thug's language in the Parliament, towards my parliamentary colleagues."

Today when he entered the voting session, I just took the opportunity to remind him who he was and who he is. Perhaps of those deputies who are in the Parliament, I know Edi Rama a little better since he was young and I cannot allow myself and the Democrats to insult us by a man like him. It is the least I can do for the democrats to bring their honor and dignity to the country," Paloka told ABC. /CNA.al
