Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka opposed the draft laws included in the Assembly program by the Conference of Speakers. Noka said that there was no consensus between the opposition and the majority since the draft law proposed by the opposition on civil status was not included.
"Don't treat the session like a ping pong game. We did not have consensus in the Conference of Speakers, because the draft law on civil status requested by the opposition is not planned in the program."
