Corruption media rush to the Constitutional Court against SPAK
A trial is expected to take place on March 27 at the Constitutional Court, totally open against SPAK, with a specific goal: to disrupt, that is, to damage SPAK and the new justice institutions in the GJKKO, due to a second vetting being carried out in this institution.


So, every judge or prosecutor, after going through the filters, the processes of the KLP or KLGJ, must go through the final filter, a vetting within the SPAK, legal and approved by all parties, which many individuals have gone through. There are also others who have not passed.

 



Some of them, servants of the government, servants of 'Rilindja'. Now they have found a way; to attack SPAK, in the hope that by breaking the vetting of this institution they will have an easier time going to the GJKKO, they will have an easier time entering SPAK, the instruments of the government that want to put justice under control.

And the alarm is greater, especially after the arrest of Erion Veliaj.

Now, in the service of these scenes and scenarios directed for a long time by a person already imprisoned for corruption, with at least 9 charges, the media have begun to be made available, those media that are paid for by the brother of the mayor of Tirana who is in prison, a person under investigation as well, Arbër Veliaj, by the media paid for with the money of the incinerators' corruption, by the media paid for by the government's corruption concessions, which are now seeking to intimidate or exert their pressure on the Constitutional Court to make a positive decision, to disrupt the SPAK vetting, so that they can then insert their dirty hands, their own. And with the direction of the 'zdroms', in the 'castle' of media crime, they do not fight without purpose.

They are clear in their strategy and seek to ultimately have as many judges or prosecutors in the GJKKO and SPAK under control, for the interests of corruption in power, for the interests of corruption in the concessions they pay, for the interests of companies that pay for advertisements, which are then used for politics, blackmail or attacks on the media, for certain, even criminal, interests./CNA
