"Crack" in the Assembly/ the Opposition lights a cigarette
The plenary session has just started, where the 2024 budge...
Amidst the tensions of the mess, the majority has unanimously approved the 2024 budget.
A few sessions ago, the socialists approved the budget in principle, while today it was voted on article by article and then as a whole.
Although the opposition did not participate in the vote, the majority gave 74 votes for the budget.
Immediately after closing the voting, Speaker Lindita Nikolla closed the session.
Specifically, the session lasted only 7 minutes, while Prime Minister Edi Rama was also present at the session.
The opposition caused tensions and, just like in the previous sessions, lit smokestacks./ CNA
