At today's meeting of the Council for the Regulation, Mandates and Immunity, the Democrats' proposal regarding the self-declaration of deputies and whether or not they have used the Sky ECC and EncroChat applications was discussed as part of the agenda.

Democratic Party MP Dhurata Çupi proposed that the Assembly address SPAK through a letter to request the names of MPs, ministers and other senior officials who may have used the so-called crime apps.

Gazment Bardhi: You are embarrassed by SkyEcc and EncroChat. You were the Minister of Interior. It is shameful not to know the methods of how crime has communicated. Are you the chief of personnel who guards the cleaners when they come in and when they leave? I have not used the application, what legal implications do I have? We are not accusing. There are MPs who have used this system to communicate with organized crime, there are 10-20 who should be held accountable, the other 120 do not have to bear the brunt of these individuals.
