The DP's political leader for the Diaspora, Jozefina Topalli, delivered her speech at the meeting with immigrants in Thessaloniki. During the speech, where she appeared emotional, Topalli stated that those who crossed the Dhye mountain and emigrated 30 years ago are heroes of modern times.

Further, Topalli called on those Albanians abroad who have not been able to register to come to Albania on May 11 to vote, which he called a great sacrifice for the country.

Topalli said that Albanians abroad are an extraordinary electoral force.
