The voting process continues/ Fatmir Xhafaj sends messages to immigrants, where

The candidate for deputy of the Socialist Party, part of the open list in Tirana, Fatmir Xhafaj, has sent a message to Albanians in the Diaspora. It is learned that a number of foreigners have sent messages to Albanians living in the Diaspora to participate in the May 11 elections, while the emigrant voting process continues .

This is the same as if a candidate for MP went out and asked for votes on election day , but there are still some questions. First, where did Fatmir Xhafaj find the database? After all, the people to whom the message was sent are not even members of the Socialist Party , but are foreign numbers used by immigrants.

Second, in case anyone were to ask whether it is possible for the list to be released by the CEC, the fact is that one of the people who received the message was not registered to vote from outside Albania.

Patronage supporters abroad have been able to secure a very good database for the socialists . Fatmir Xhafaj is the first to have received it and used it by sending messages to vote for him.

It is not known whether any other socialist MPs have done this part, but CNA was able to secure the message that Fatmir Xhafaj sent to two people.
