Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to MCN TV, spoke about the transcript published today by Erion Veliaj, which the latter claims is from the court session of February 12. Lala said that there could be a new charge against Erion Veliaj if it is proven that he manipulated the transcript published by the judicial hearing.

Journalist Lala said that the threat that Veliaj is making to prosecutor Dado seems to be strategic, as if Ols Dado addresses the institutions, he will have to withdraw from the case, according to the law.

Lala said that the audio of the session will be subjected to an expert examination to understand if there is any possible interference.

 

" Veliaj's language is unacceptable, but it is strategic. Threatening the prosecutor is a criminal offense, which is pursued with the prosecutor's complaint. If Ols Dado addresses the institutions, he should resign and leave the case. Veliaj is following this strategy to force the prosecutor to leave. So far, Ols Dado has withstood the pressures. The language is certainly unacceptable. Veliaj claimed today, released a transcript where it is alleged that during the security measure hearing, the prosecutor called him "filth". Veliaj claims that he has uncovered this from the audio.
