The PD candidate for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, and the PD vice president, Oerd Bylykbashi, have followed the meetings in the American Congress.

Through a post on social networks, Kelliçi informs that he and Bylykbashi have met Republican Congressman Michael Guest.

Among the things they discussed was the scandal with former FBI official Charles McGonigal and the latter's connections with Prime Minister Edi Rama.

"Together with Oerd, we met with Republican Congressman Michael Guest from Mississippi. We discussed at length about current issues such as the Rule of Law and the Local Elections of 2023. We informed the Congressman about the crisis in the country and the capture of the political and justice system by the ruling party. We also had the opportunity to talk about the corruption scandal of FBI agent McGonigal by Edi Rama.
