Former President Bamir Topi has stated that there is no change in the physiognomy of Prime Minister Edi Rama, although his name was mentioned in the McGonigal scandal.
In an interview, Topi said that for years Rama has been predetermined as a man who sees institutions as pieces of paper.
"For the sake of truth, I do not see any change in the physiognomy of the prime minister. For years, the Prime Minister has been predetermined as a man who sees institutions as pieces of paper.
