Journalist Basir Çollaku said today that all architectural projects in the country go to the Prime Minister's office, where they are signed by Prime Minister Edi Rama himself.
Invited to "Syri TV", Çollaku stated that projects worth around 5 billion euros have been contracted as a result of decisions made by Rama.
In the journalist's view, this money is a "debt" from drug trafficking groups.
"All these projects go and are signed by the office headed by Edi Rama. Now what do we have here? When we have about 5 billion euros of projects contracted by this individual, what will he do? At the moment the prosecution will impose a seizure, at least conservative, to go further in the investigation, the gentleman will still owe 5 billion euros to drug trafficking groups," said Çollaku. /CNA
