A few months before the elections/ Balla "launches the campaign": Radical changes in the municipal councils

The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, has stated that there will be a radical change in the municipal councils.

During a meeting in Patos of Fier, he emphasized that the councils will be transformed into local parliaments, which will be open and transparent to the citizens and not as has happened until now, when there were "members who do not even know their neighborhood ".
