Berisha: Opposition's resistance and protests are of extraordinary capital importance

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, today focused on several characteristics of the opposition's resistance and protests, which, according to him, are of extraordinary importance.

Speaking at the DP Presidency meeting, Berisha emphasized that without a real opposition, the determinations regarding misunderstandings towards Albanian politics would be different.

"Without a real opposition in Albania, the dislikes would be expressed that this is the morality of Albanians. The ideas that hostage-taking is the morality of Albanians would triumph, that immunity is an all-Albanian interpretation and not a constitutional obligation. It must be understood what extraordinary capital importance our resistance, our protests have. And they will have. This importance has been expressed in the most decisive way by the international community," Berisha said. /CNA
