The Deputy Leader of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, commented in the Parliament on the majority's statements regarding the accident in Durrës.

And the second mistake, which is more cynical, is that these neighborhood strongmen have licenses and that in order to prevent these events from happening, we should revoke their licenses. You have given these neighborhood strongmen a license. They do not need a license. These neighborhood strongmen make the law in their neighborhood, they catch the inspector of the area by the nose. You have patronized these neighborhood strongmen. These neighborhood strongmen, whom you know well by name and surname, are the ones who manage the distribution of drugs in 9-year and high schools. These strongmen "You were the ones who appointed the leaders of the local government. You made these strongmen of the neighborhood deputies here.
