Initially, he said that the battle is not about a seal, logo or chair, while he emphasized that he does not comment on the court's decision.

"I do not comment on the decisions of the courts, this is my standard, ours as the Democratic Party, which we have declared that we will adhere to in the case of the decision of the Court of Appeal. What I want to say to many supporters, democrats, but also to citizens who are upset with this decision, it goes without saying that they are upset because they expected a different decision, is to tell you not to be upset, not to despair. In the end, we neither started nor continue this battle for a logo, for a seal or for a chair", said Basha.

On Tuesday evening, Basha appeared with another statement, this time less moderate about the law enforcement institution. Basha said that he was considering appealing the decision of the Appeal after he had seen irregularities in the process, while the structures that, according to him, supported him, agreed with him.

Basha went even further with the accusations saying that there is a collaboration between Sali Berisha and Edi Rama. While he claimed that the only serious opponent of Prime Minister Edi Rama, was precisely him, Lulzim Basha.

"It seems clear that a coalition of anti-values ??has been outlined on the horizon and there is an alibi to keep Rama in power. This government has reduced the spaces for public debate. PD and the Democrats will remove this government, if the decisions serve this purpose, we will move forward. We cannot keep old bargains. We fight for people's interests and not personal interests.
