Deputy Gazment Bardhi held a meeting with the PD structures of Alibeaj in Elbasan, which was attended by about 30 people.

Although there are no candidates for many municipalities in the country and some others have resigned, Bardhi said that the PD of Alibeaj has presented an excellent list for the Municipal Council of Elbasan.

Through a status on social networks, he states that he told the structures that in 2023 they cannot repeat the mistakes of the past, but ensure the future.

Today, in the meeting with the structures of the Elbasan Democratic Party, I thanked them for being part of the solution, by not fragmenting the opposition's alternative in the May 14 elections. 16 years of bad governance in the Elbasan Municipality by the Socialist Party are a heartfelt call for change. Elbasan deserves the best and must be offered the best.

For this we have presented an excellent list for the Elbasan City Council, with women and men, boys and girls, who love Elbasan and its citizens. The list of candidates for the Municipal Council is chaired by the Chairman of the Democratic Party Dega Elbasan Mr. Eugen Isaj, a proven local administrator, with integrity and professional and civic commitment to Elbasan. Such are the 51 candidates of the PD list for the City Council, offering the best model for the citizens of Elbasan.

We are where we have been in 32 years, in the Democratic Party of Albania. We have been and will forever remain democrats. In 2023 we cannot repeat the mistakes of the past. You all remember how many times we gave undeserved power to Ilir Meta with the vote of the Democrats, he turned his back on us and used it to empower, bring or keep Edi Rama in power.
