The former MP of the SP, Jurgis Çyrbja, was arrested by order of the SPAK, as the wiretapping shows that he was proposed as a candidate for the MP by criminal gangs.

Asked on the show "Opinion" about the accusations that Çyrbja took secret state documents and gave them to gangs, Rama declared that these things belong to justice.

"For the reasons stated by the relevant body, he is behind bars today. We have built justice for this. People are selected on the basis of what they know, not on the basis of what people can do tomorrow. Many people on the path of life deviate, fall into the trap of illegal gain and therefore there is a system that punishes them.
