A few days ago, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha denounced that the Director of the Department of Information Technology in the State Police, Ervin Muço, had stolen the data of the TIMS system.

This Sunday, Berisha made another complaint, this time to the State Cadastre Agency.

Berisha raises claims that Kadatra's data has been hacked, throwing this agency into complete chaos.

Referring to the message of a digital citizen, Berisha says that total uncertainty has been created in the Cadastre for property titles.

Theft of citizens continues, Cadastre data hacked by Muçot e Rama. Total uncertainty about title deeds. Hundreds and thousands of citizens pay very dearly for receiving the service with an accelerated procedure, and sometimes they do not receive it even with a prolonged procedure, and the money is not returned to them.

The black hand of Edi Rama with his Muço destroyed this service that was a functional model, built by Albanian experts in 2013 and certified by the World Bank, which requested that it be used by other countries. But at that time the government did not pay hackers to steal the data of state agencies, as Edi Rama does today.

Meanwhile, "Famoze" Bici, who deserves decades in prison for her anti-legal acts carried out by order of Rama, mistreats employees without political support, while those party members receive their salaries without going to work.

I condemn with the greatest severity the theft of citizens from the Cadastre, the mistreatment of honest employees of this institution by Bici of the party, as well as the theft of data in the Cadastre system by Muçot e Rama.

Data hacking by the same Muços who stole the TIMS data makes ownership titles very insecure and provides full opportunities for forgery and manipulation. Citizens are robbed of the money they pay for services they do not receive. They pay very expensive for fast service but they don't even get fast service and why they paid money. Director Bici treats the employees like real thugs. She forcibly puts them to work on Saturdays and Sundays, I emphasize by order of Director Dallandyshe Bici, who is being very arrogant with the Cadastre employees. My brother is a lawyer in the Albanian Cadastre, and he knows this information well, because even today, which is Sunday, he got up early and is going to work by order, while there are employees, the darlings of the party who are employees in the Albanian Cadastre who receive their salaries, and do not come to work, others who continue vacations for two months in the summer, and some who do not do any work, only receive their salaries by feeling and seeing the offices of the Cadastre, and the Directors also putting a lot of pressure on the registration workers. The Albanian Cadastre is in total collapse, and the Director vents her anger on the Hallejin employees, forcing them to go to work on Saturday and Sunday, AN ORDER THAT I DON'T BELIEVE IS EVEN IN NORTH KOREA ANYMORE.
