This Shkodra joke was born on April 6, 1987, as soon as it was announced that a UN program (FAO - World Food Program) had awarded Albania the first prize for food.

In the conditions of malnutrition and hunger, this price was on the one hand a mockery, on the other a source of anecdotes. The Albanians were fed with tollona, ??but in the evening news they learned that in Mexico they had received the first prize for food.

But today's news leaves behind the news of 35 years ago. A United Nations report ranks Albania among the 8 countries with the most advanced digital development in Europe. A proverb of the people says: "there is no mention of the rope in the house of the hanged".

Në kushtet kur shteti digjital ka përfunduar në xhepat e gardistëve të Ajatollahëve, në kushtet kur gjithçka ka patur AKSHI- ka përfunduar në duart të hakerave dhe kur çdo ditë zgjohemi me tmerrin se çfarë do të dalë tjetër, renditja për “zhvillimin digjital” është shaka e tepërt.

Në vitin 1989 Shqipëria ishte e mbyllur dhe informacioni ishte i kontrolluar. E megjithatë njerëzve që merreshin me informacionin ju duk lajm i mirë çmimi për ushqimin. Sot, jemi shoqëri e hapur dhe lajmi nuk mund të bllokohet, por pyetja është: pse promovohet nga qeveria?

Çfarë duan t’i tregojnë publikut se pavarësisht se shteti digjital është grabitur dhe ka dalë në ankand ne kemi arritje? Mo Zo ma keq thonë nga veriu.
